Administer and manage our CRM platform to ensure data accuracy, system integrity, and optimal functionality. Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and customer service to gather requirements and implement CRM solutions that meet business needs. Customize CRM workflows, fields, and reports to support business processes and provide insights into customer behavior and trends. Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and communications to nurture leads and engage existing customers. Analyze customer data and segmentation to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and personalized marketing initiatives. Create and maintain customer profiles and segments based on demographics, purchase history, and behavior to tailor marketing efforts and improve targeting accuracy. Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures for CRM usage and best practices. Provide ongoing support, training, and guidance to users to ensure effective utilization of the CRM system. Stay up-to-date on CRM trends, technologies, and best practices, and recommend enhancements or new features to optimize CRM performance.
