1. Lead Generation - Identify potential clients (retailers, builders, offices, schools, factories, etc.) and generate leads through telecalling, field visits, referrals, and local networking. - Follow up on inbound enquiries from website, social media, and customer calls. 2. Sales & Client Interaction - Visit clients in Jhansi and nearby areas, understand their security needs, and suggest suitable camera brands, models, and packages. - Present product catalogs, explain technical benefits, and handle objections confidently. - Prepare quotations, handle basic pricing negotiations, and close the sale. 3. Field Coordination - Coordinate with the technical team for site surveys and installation schedules. - Ensure smooth handover after installation and follow up for feedback and repeat business. 4. Reporting & Targets - Maintain daily records of visits, calls, quotations, and converted sales in a CRM or Excel sheet. - Achieve monthly sales and collection targets as set by the management. 5. Brand & Market Support - Represent Vision Security professionally at client locations and local events. - Report competitor activity and local market trends to the management.
